Dear Families
And just like that, the year has come to an end!
We celebrated a beautiful night (albeit slightly wet) on Tuesday at our carols evening. Thank you for your attendance to make the night so special - I know the children loved entertaining their families, and despite the shower which started our night, everyone 'pushed through' to make it a memorable occasion! A big thanks for the amazing staff for making this happen with all the work they carried out behind the scenes. I would like to thank our fabulous parents who offered their time to either set up or remove the hessian on the oval - it was a huge job!

Happy Holidays
Please take note of the dates school will commence in the new year (posted below). A reminder, the first day back for students is a lot later than this year - students will commence on Wednesday 5 February with the school office open from Thursday 30 January.
As we move into the holiday period, may I take this opportunity to thank all our families for their support of our teaching and learning programs this year. I hope that everyone can enjoy a well-earned break over the Christmas holiday period.

School Uniform 2025
A reminder to all families that as of Term 1, 2025 all students will wear our 'Smart Play' sport uniform every day, formal uniform will no longer be part of St Brigid's uniform. All students will be required to be in up to date sport uniform items. Please refer to the uniform policy below.
Orders for uniforms may be placed via CDFpay online at any stage and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Alternatively, please come into the front office. Our office will be open next week; Monday 9th, Tuesday 10th, Wednesday 11th December. In 2025 we will re-open on Thursday 30 January (students return Wednesday 5th February).
Y1 Excursion
Yesterday, the Year 1 class had an exciting excursion to Ooh La Lollipop where they learnt about the history of lollies! They were lucky enough to taste lollies from different eras and then finished their outing with a play at the park.
St Brigid's Parish Fundraiser
St Brigid's Parish have extended the closing day of their "Brick Paver" fundraiser. This is your opportunity to be part of history by having your own personalised paving brick in a pathway that will be laid between the Church and the Convent. Forms are available via the front office.
